To ensure every client enjoys the luxury experience they deserve, we kindly ask that only you attend your appointment. This helps us maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere for all. Exceptions are made for newborns under 6 months — just let us know in advance if this applies to you. Yes, we’re a dog-friendly salon! We love meeting your furry friends — but please only bring them if they’re well-trained and on a leash, as there are often other dogs in the salon.

Yes, we do take a deposit — $50 for haircuts and $100 for colour services — just to lock in your appointment.

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. However, to ensure fair treatment for all our clients and staff, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

• 36-Hour Notice - We kindly request a minimum of 36 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client.

• Late Cancellations & No-shows - Appointments cancelled within 36 hours of the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of $100 for colour services and $50 for haircut services.

• No-Shows - Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.

• Late Arrivals - If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, please give us a call. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and cancellation fees may still apply

We don’t have private parking at the salon, but there’s plenty of all-day parking nearby. You’ll find convenient spots behind the salon on Gladstone Street and Station Street.

We use Evo Hue-verse, a complete range of ammonia-free permanent colour and demi-permanent gloss that delivers out-of-this-world results without compromise.

Our styling products come from a curated mix of professional brands including Evo, Colour Wow, O&M, Moroccanoil, Olaplex, and Natalie Anne. While not all of these ranges are entirely vegan, we’re more than happy to use only vegan-friendly products during your service, just let us know when booking or at your appointment.
